Depth Hypnosis is a therapy model that incorporates ancient practices to help bring awareness to your unconscious mind and emotional states. It’s estimated that the average adult makes 35,000 decisions a day and 90% of these are unconscious. Through guided meditation, clients are taken into an altered state to connect the dots that are often buried and hidden from day to day life. Once aware, clients are able to get to the root of issues, rewire their unconscious reactions, heal, and feel more whole and grounded.
Depth Hypnosis combines shamanism, meditation, hypnotherapy, and transpersonal psychology. Together, these practices help a client navigate unconscious behaviors or thoughts, understand why they are the way that they are, and help heal past wounds.
Hypnosis and meditation techniques will allow you to broaden your state of consciousness, while remaining in complete control. Shamanic techniques will allow you to access higher wisdom and traverse time to understand the root of your own experience.
This modality can address a wide variety of symptoms such as trauma, addictions, depression, anxiety and beyond. Often clients express that this method helps them come into balance, experience more presence, and helps bring power back into their systems.

Session 1
Outlook + Landscapes
90 minutes
We start with an intake session. We'll talk about your history and presenting problems. This could take up to 2 sessions.

Inner Guidance

Session 3
In-depth Investigation
75 minutes
Clients generally come in with an issue or strong emotion to investigate. We often focus on the feelings behind these issues and use that emotion to enter into altered state work. It’s okay if you come in not knowing what to work on, we will figure it out together.
Session ONwards
Ongoing Treatment

With each additional session, we go deeper and continue to unravel, excavate, and heal patterns, habits, and behaviors.
Techniques
Suggestion Hypnosis
Use of words or suggestions delivered in an altered state to shift behavior, feelings, or responses to stimuli.
Energy Medicine
Use of frequencies from light, natural elements, and sound to help move energy blocks.
Shamanic Counseling
Clients are taught to enter an altered state to strengthen their connection to their inner wisdom and guidance.
Inner Coming to Peace
This process helps individuals resolve internal conflicts and come to a peaceful resolution and deeper understanding of themselves.
Energetic Interference Removals
Individuals can have energies that are not native to their energy systems that are causing disturbance or blocks. With permission from the client, these energies are guided out of the person's system in order to move towards wholeness. Clients often report relief of their symptoms.
Plant Medicine and Dream Integration
Clients are guided in gleaning insights from previous plant medicine journeys (i.e. Ayahuasca, psilocybin) and/or dreams for both integration and to understand what additional healing work needs to be done.
Preparing for your session
Please do not use alcohol or cannabis 24–48 hours before your session.
It’s a good idea to have your sessions in a place where you have privacy.
Often clients lay down and cover their eyes during their sessions. If you’d like to sit in a chair that’s fine as well.
It’s a good idea to have water that is covered or kept in a container next to you.
Setting up your space
Turn on your mic and place it nearby. Video is helpful but not required. Headphones are encouraged.
Given the level of subtle energies we will be working with, a cleared space is encouraged.
To clear your space, try burning sage, palo santo, sandalwood, copal, or other cleansing herbs or sprays.
Try opening a window. If you don't have a window, a fan can help. The fresh or moving air will help keep the environment clear for subtle energy work.
Effectiveness
A study in 2014 found that Depth Hypnosis showed significant shifts in symptoms of anxiety, depression, and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) related symptoms and showed and increased quality of life.
